Group Training at Righteous Wellness is a coach-led functional fitness program that combines strength training, conditioning, and mixed-modality workouts. Each session is structured and varied, designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move better in everyday life. Workouts are scalable, so whether you're new to training or more experienced, you can participate safely and effectively. You'll train in a group environment that brings energy, accountability, and consistency to your routine.

Each session is already planned, so you can show up, follow the coaching, and get a complete workout without having to think about what to do.
